If something in the app is wrong

Tell us, and be as plain as you like. What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead is enough. A photograph of the screen helps more than a description.

It is useful to say which phone you have and which version of the app you are running. The version is at the bottom of the Settings screen.

If something religious is wrong

This matters more than a bug, and we would rather hear it early. If a verse, a supplication, a translation or an instruction is wrong, write and say which screen it is on.

Every Quran reference and every narration in the app has been opened and read against the sentence it sits under, and the content has been through review by a qualified person. That is not the same as being beyond correction, and a mistake in how to pray is the one kind we most want to know about.

If you are not sure what you are looking for

The app has a place for that. When a search finds nothing useful, it offers to let you tell us what you were looking for, and that goes to the same person. You do not have to know the word for the thing you need.

What we do not do

We cannot give religious rulings by email. If you have a question about your own situation, the right person to ask is a scholar or an imam near you, who can hear the whole of it.

There is no account to recover, because there are no accounts. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because nothing is sent to you.

How long a reply takes

Sayahdeen is made by one person, so a reply can take a few days. Every message is read.
